Summer GIVEAWAY!!!

Whenever I travel, I always like to make sure that I have my jewelry with me so that I may change the look of an outfit - for it's not very practical to travel with a ton of "Just In Case" outfits, so I rely on my jewelry to vary the look of my limited travel closet.

So when Sohail of the jewelryrollshop.com contacted me and asked me to review one of her jewelry travel case designs, I jumped at it. Afterall, one simply cannot have too many Jewelry cases - particularly when I have so very many pieces! I absolutely LOVE the Jewelry Roll Shop's Silk Checkered Jewelry Roll in the Blue Jewel Tone colorway. I am absolutely amazed by the quality and workmanship of her designs. The case measures 7-1/2" wide by 12" tall opened and has 1 very large pocket plus 2 zippered pockets. It also has a strap for rings. Wanting to see how much I can pack in there, I found that I was able to comfortably fit 5 necklaces, 4 bracelets, 2 bangles, several pairs of earrings and 3 cocktail rings into this design.... which is simply perfect for when we go away on vacation!

This Jewelry Case is beautifully made. The workmanship is second-to-none. The case is made just as well, if not better than the J Crew jewelry case I own. However, since my J Crew case is rather boring - being a plain black case, I know that I'm going to really enjoy using this case so much more!

While exchanging emails with Sohail, I discovered some very interesting information about the history of the boutique company.

Jewelry Roll Shop was started by a husband who was looking for a small online business. His wife had a penchant for jewelry and traveled frequently so he found the perfect inspiration -- jewelry rolls and pouches that would be a jewelry box on the go.

What an ingenious Husband!!!

Their designs are beautiful yet so very affordable! They are perfect for brides, bridesmaids, travelers, party favors, birthday, anniversary and other special occasion gifts. Did you know that they offer FREE SHIPPING on every order? You certainly can't beat that!!! Please be sure to check out the Jewelry Roll Shop.

Wow! Those are so pretty! That's exactly what I need for when I vacation- I'm the queen of shoving necklaces into a zippered compartment on my suitcase and having them be all tangled up by the time we reach our destination, eek!

Sign me up! I just recently found your blog. I am trying to lose some fat, so I have enjoyed reading you last few blogs entries. Reading about other people who are in the same boat helps keep me motivated.

And I love the jewelry roll up! I travel with so much jewelry that I don't have a carrier big enough for it all. This will be a nice addition to the one I already have! :-)

These look lovely, but I never buy online without seeing what I'm getting. I strongly, but gently, suggest that http://jewelryrollshop.com invest in some alternate photos of each item. Like a shot of the item un-rolled so we can see how the compartments are situated. It's eye candy of all the pretty fabrics, too. My comments are duds, aren't they? To think I stashed all my jewelry for a trip in an old shmelvet necklace box this last weekend.
